These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of 6dayweightloss.com and the 6 Day Body mobile application, operated by 6 Day Weight Loss Medical, LLC. By accessing the Site or App, scheduling a consultation, or becoming a patient, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or App.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Site, App, or services
  • You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement under applicable law

3. Medical Services — Important Limitations

6 Day Weight Loss Medical provides physician-supervised weight management services. Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care.

In the event of a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

Our providers are licensed in the State of California and provide in-clinic physician-supervised weight management services.

No specific weight loss outcome is guaranteed. Individual results vary.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointment scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling policies are set forth in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Payment

Payment for services is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Financing options may be available through Cherry Financing, subject to their separate terms and conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and App is the property of 6 Day Weight Loss Medical or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The orange cross logo is a registered trademark of 6 Day Weight Loss Medical. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE, APP, AND THEIR CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
